Do I have to pay freight for my order ?
FOSS has a number of items that have FREE postage within Australia including our range of Chew Necklaces. If your purchase only contains "FREE Post " items, then you will not pay postage for your order.
FREE Postage will also apply to your order if it contains over $150 worth of our General Non Bulky items. See below for more details on Bulky and Additional Freight.
What if my order is under $150 and is not Free post items?
For all orders under $150 of “General Non Bulky” items a standard freight charge of $12.50 applies to your order and will be charged at checkout.
This charge will apply even if you have purchased over $150 of “Bulky or Additional freight” items in the same purchase.
What if my order contains products that are “Bulky Goods” or “Additional Freight” items?
If your order contains “Bulky or Additional Freight” items, then you will need to refer to the item listing for details on bulky freight that apply to your delivery area for that product.
If the listing contains a drop down choice that suits your postcode or state, please choose that option before placing the item into your cart. If you have added the freight option correctly you will be charged freight with your order at checkout.
What if my postcode or state is NOT shown in the drop down menus on the product I wish to purchase?
If your delivery postcode or state is not shown in the drop down menu, there are several options available.
- You contact us using our contact us page. Please provide details of the product you wish to purchase and the delivery postcode. We will then contact you with a quote for delivery prior to proceeding through checkout.
- Choose the “please quote freight” option in the drop down menu on the product listing and proceed to place them item into your cart and proceed through checkout using our “quote” option or the payment option you prefer. The quote option will not charge you at checkout however using paypal or credit card will charge for your purchase – however will not have charged for the additional freight at this point. Additional charges will still be payable before goods can be dispatched. FOSS will contact you once we receive your order and notify you of the additional costs. You do have the option at this point to proceed or cancel all or part of your order at this point.
WARNING> If purchasing with AFTERPAY all freight charges must be added PRIOR to going through checkout -NOTE : Afterpay does not allow for any amendments after the order has been processed. – CONTACT US before placing your bulky or additional freight orders with AFTERPAY.
- If you have placed an order with Afterpay and realised that bulky freight was not included, please contact us asap so we can help you cancel and re-place your order to include freight. For more information on Afterpay, view the Afterpay information page in our menus.
When will I get my order?
All goods on our site are subject to availability at time of order. If your goods are available they will be dispatched within 14 to 21 days.
Most are sent out ahead of this time frame however this is not guaranteed.
If an item is NOT available you will be contacted within 48 hours to notify you of possible waiting times and to see if you wish to wait or cancel your order. Most people choose to wait and if this is the case your payment will be processed and then your goods sent as soon as they become available.
If the waiting time is too long for you and you choose to cancel at this point a refund will be made via the same method as payment made. ( ie, paypal payment will be refunded via paypal )
PLEASE NOTE THAT PEAK PERIODS ARE JUNE AND NOVEMBER/DECEMBER EACH YEAR. Delays can happen at those times. Stocks can also be low at the very beginning of the year, after the Christmas shopping period. If you are needing an item urgently, please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.
Do I get tracking for my order?
In most cases YES, you will get tracking sent to you with your electronic invoice/ receipt once your order has been sent. There are some cases however where tracking to done by our suppliers if they are sending your goods direct to you on our behalf. If this is the case and you are concerned about your order please contact us.
Help, I was not home when they tried to deliver my order – What do I do?
If your courier has left a card for you showing a missed delivery please contact them regarding a suitable
re-delivery time or you may choose to give them permission the leave the item in a safe place such as front porch or behind the pot plant at front door.
If you feel that you may have missed the delivery however have not found a card, please contact us and we will track your item for you.
What if I am not happy with what I have ordered?
